Locating and controlling records must be efficient, quick and easy. ColorTrax Pro provides extensive search tools including key word, wildcard and Boolean search logic. Results are displayed in a user definable format allowing the user to scroll through hundreds or thousands of records located by the search query, provided user security level authorization permits viewing.

Searches span accross all media and object types including boxes, files documents and images. Electronic images can be viewed, printed and saved. Any item can be selected by the user for requests or re-filing and electronically submitted to the appropriate fulfillment center.
Data Entry - Flexible & User Definable
Data entry is simple, fast and flexible. Administrators are able to configure multiple data entry screens for departments, object types or record types. Each screen possesses its own data entry editing rules and lookup tables. Sub-items can also be created, such as indexing documents within files and files within boxes.

As entries are completed, reports or labels can be printed for the newly created items.

As an alternative to data entry, the colorflex RealTime utility can automate this process.
Track Electronic Images and Website Links
Images and hardcopy records co-exist in today's file rooms and archive centers. With ColorTrax Pro, perform one search and find active and inactive hardcopy items as well as images that result from the query request. Hardcopy records may be requested and images can be viewed. In addition, ColorTrax Pro will manage your electronic media and hardcopy by automatically applying specific, predefined retention rules to each record category.

ColorTrax Pro also provides the ability to maintain and track an inventory of website links that are important and available to all throughout the enterprise.
